Ingredients

  • 2lbs zucchini, ends cut & halved, cut into 1/2 inch fry strips
  • Cooking spray
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a shallow bowl add zucchini strips, garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and parmesan. Toss to coats. Place on a baking sheet that has been coated in cooking spray. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until crispy. Enjoy!
