Mallory King, known as Mallory King Fitness, is a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist and the founder of Fit Life Academy. Through Mallory King Fitness, she has helped thousands of women lose weight, build strength, and create sustainable, confident lifestyles.
Mallory’s journey began in childhood as she struggled with her weight. By age 21, a pivotal doctor’s visit revealed she was borderline obese, motivating her to reclaim her health. In 2012, she lost 100 pounds through evidence-based nutrition, strength training, and mindful lifestyle changes.
Sharing her journey on Instagram as @MalloryKingFitness, Mallory King built a powerful online community rooted in transparency, accountability, and real results. Today, Mallory King Fitness is recognized for helping women break free from yo-yo dieting and finally achieve long-term success.
In 2014, Mallory King became a certified coach, and over the past decade, she has guided over 1,000 clients toward their fitness and wellness goals. Fit Life Academy reflects her philosophy: compassionate coaching, science-backed strategies, and a supportive environment for every stage of the journey.
