You’ll complete an in-depth questionnaire so I can get to know you and your goals. Nutrition strategies are fully customized for you and may include food tracking or mindful eating implementation. Workout program is tailored to your equipment available and includes video demos & unlimited personalized form checks.

Weekly Check-in & Monthly Video Call

Each week you’ll check-in using FLA’s Progress Tracker, where I review your nutrition adherence, workout progress, and mindset markers for the week. During this review, I provide you with personalized feedback and adjust your program as needed. Each month, we meet for a 45-minute video call to keep you on track.

Daily Text Support

In between your weekly check-ins, you’ll have direct access to me via text or email. Clients are encouraged to reach out frequently throughout the week to ask questions, voice concerns, and celebrate wins. You will never receive a scolding or judgement. Open and honest communication leads to rapid results.

Hi! I'm Mallory King

After struggling with my weight since 2nd grade, I finally had my “aha-moment” at 21 years old, when I stepped on the scale at the doctor’s office and was told I was borderline obese. Hearing those two words was the wake up call I needed to take back control of my health.

In 2012, I embarked on my journey of losing 100lbs. I documented my progress on Instagram and was always transparent about the struggles of a massive weight-loss journey. I started receiving a lot of questions about how I was able to see results.

I became passionate about helping others find their freedom, and in 2014 I got certified in Sports Nutrition and Personal Training. I have worked with THOUSANDS of women in some capacity ever since.
