Working With Mallory King Fitness

When you sign-up, you’ll immediately receive an email with your in-depth questionnaire. Once you’ve submitted the questionnaire, I need 48-72 hours to create your custom plan. When you receive your plan, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions for implementing and a template to check-in each week. You’re encouraged to reach out throughout the week with any questions or concerns.

None! Your program is fully customized to you. If you’re working out at home with limited equipment, your plan will be tailored to meet your needs. I will recommend equipment based on your specific goals but nothing is required.

Yes! I recommend a few pairs of dumbbells but it’s not a required. Bodyweight workouts can be just as effective depending on your goals.

Great question! Both programs are designed to help you feel strong, confident, and supported on your fitness journey.

1:1 Coaching (starts at $157/month)

VIP Coaching ($347/month)

  • My highest-touch coaching experience for those who want to go all-in on their transformation.

No. I can help you with other physical and non-physical goals too, such as muscle gain, body recomposition, weight gain, having a better relationship with food, learning to exercise, and more!

It’s entirely dependent on your goals and lifestyle. Some clients workout 2x/week while others workout 4-5x/week.
