FLA’s Fit 4 Life subscription delivers home & gym workouts to your inbox every month. Each exercise includes a video demo with a beginner and advance version.  Fit 4 Life is perfect for those who need a structured program to follow that changes each month.

Your membership includes access to our private Facebook group where you’ll receive support from Mallory, the FLA coaches, and other FLA members who are following the same workouts as you.

Workouts for Every Body

Upon joining, you will take our new member quiz to help you pick the workout program best-suited for your experience level, equipment available, & goals. Each program requires just 3 workouts per week.

Your membership includes free access to our library of exercise demos, where you can easily substitute a movement. Our workouts range from 45-90 mins, depending on program level.

Frequently Asked Questions

We have 3 workout programs to choose from. When you sign-up, you will take our new member quiz to choose which program is perfect for you:

  • Beginner Program: One light pair of dumbbells & a resistance band
  • Intermediate Program: Multiple pairs of dumbbells, resistance band, step or stairs, & heavy dumbbell or kettlebell
  • Advanced Program: Access to full gym including barbell racks, cable machines, and weight machines

Short answer: 60-90 mins, 3-4x/week.

Long answer: FLA requires 3 strength workouts a week, with the option to add more. Each strength workout takes approximately 60 mins including warm-up and cool down. We provide recommendations for cardio/conditioning, and have a library of supplemental add-ons for specific goals, including our Run Guide, Achieve Your First Push-up/Pull-Up, Core Guide, and more. Our supplement programs are designed to be added to the end of your 3 required workouts and add approximately 15-20 mins to your workout.

FLA includes an introductory guide to Tracking Calories/Macros and Mindful Eating. Our new member quiz will help you choose which option is best for you. Most of our members find success with our practical approach to nutrition, but for those who need more support, we recommend 1-on-1 coaching.

Our group coaching subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled at any time in our membership portal with one-click.
